Laundry and Main Stack Auguring

Please be advised that Flo Pros Drain Services Inc. will onsite to augur the laundry and main stack within multiple Units as part of the preventative maintenance of the building. Flo Pros will access the stacks through kitchen sinks and laundry drains, please remove any dishes or clutter from the kitchen sinks and provide clear access around the laundry drain.

Work will be performed 8:30am – 4:00pm each day, please find your Unit on the schedule below:

**PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT REQUIRE ACCESS TO THE 2ND & 3RD FLOOR UNITS, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE FEW UNITS NOTED ABOVE**

We are unfortunately unable to modify the schedule or accommodate date change requests. If you are unable to home on your scheduled day and you do not provide a Unit key to the onsite manager we will be entering the Unit with a locksmith and all associated costs will be assessed back to the homeowner. Please note that the onsite manager will accompany Flo Pros into every Unit. Flo Pros will make every effort to limit messes made during the auguring.

The Board of Directors is considering having the stacks augured every two (2) to three (3) years as preventative measures to alleviate the possibility of future drainage issues throughout the property.
